This leads to a loss of individuality and suppression of personal freedom. Art therapy (mask therapy) helps to find the "true face" of a person, free from complexes and pressure.
With the help of a mask, a person can overcome the fear of self-disclosure, and express their inner state and emotions.
That is why the psychologists of the Centre for PD and PPV use mask therapy in their work with medical professionals to prevent emotional burnout.
