About Institution

       The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region" (hereinafter - SI TMA, the institution) is an independent state multidisciplinary health care institution, which unites medical and preventive and other institutions that provide medical care to persons who, according to the legislation, are entitled to medical care in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The SI TMA is a budgetary non-profit institution that belongs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and is operatively subordinated to the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

       In its activities, the institution is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the President of Ukraine, and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

       The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region" is composed of:

       Healthcare institutions that do not have the status of a legal entity:

• Polyclinic;
• Hospital;
• Center for psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection;
• Center for Preventive Medicine.

       Structural subdivisions:

• Medical (military-medical) commission;
• Pharmacy;
• Laboratory;
• SECTOR OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN ISSUES;
• The sector of social and humanitarian issues.

       The procedure for medical care in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 462 dated 03.06.2016 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 1051 dated 20.12.2017).
