Motivational work with medical workers to prevent emotional burnout

Every day, healthcare professionals are exposed to many stressful factors that can negatively affect their physical health, psychological well-being, and emotional comfort and, as a result, lead to emotional burnout syndrome.

Emotional exhaustion is manifested by mental fatigue, emotional devastation, and symptoms of depression. At first, there is an emotional overload, accompanied by emotional breakdowns, aggressive reactions, and outbursts of anger. Emotional exhaustion develops, and interest in the surrounding reality is lost.

Practical psychologists of the LCC and the FAC conduct training to diagnose the level of emotional exhaustion of the training participants; relieve psychological fatigue; activate the motivational component in daily work and the need for professional development; promote deeper self-knowledge, personal growth, and spiritual well-being.
