The Ministry of Health is actively involved to help solve this problem and providing our wounded defenders with convenient conditions for passing the MTC.

Currently, an electronic queue for preliminary medical examinations has been introduced. Online appointment with specialists during military medical examinations is already in test mode in our city.

Under the Medical Guarantee Programme, services are free of charge for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and military personnel undergoing a medical examination. In particular, the state covers

laboratory and instrumental tests;
referral of a person to other medical institutions for necessary consultations and examinations, as well as for specialized medical care (if necessary), if indicated
drafting of certificates and medical reports on the person's health status.
