One of the most important functions of social work with military personnel is to provide favorable psychological conditions. This means the development of social communications, the elimination of interpersonal tensions, and conflicts, the unification of military teams, etc.  However, it is equally important to work with the families of servicemen who face many different problems and misunderstandings. In this situation, it is difficult not only for the military, which is constantly in a state of increased mobilization of emotional resources. His relatives also suffer from the awareness of the suffering of a loved one and the inability to help.

To mitigate tension in families, and prevent conflicts or crisis situations, the development of a special system of family counseling and family therapy is of great importance. Practical psychologists of the Center regularly work with the families of servicemen, aimed at involving them in the process of forming the right motivational attitudes of the serviceman for the quality performance of duties and his support.
